Lessee:

Customer who has paid and booked online, and accepted the terms and conditions of trade and rental.

Liability for damages

Personal injuries (Lessee): All cycling is at the Lessee's own risk, and no compensation can be claimed from the lessor for any personal injuries incurred during the bike ride.

Material damages: If damage occurs to the bicycle or its parts, it is the responsibility of the customer (Lessee) to pay for the repairs and replacement of parts that may break. All repairs must be carried out at BINGS BIKESTORE's workshop. If the lessor deems the bike to be a total loss, the lessee is free to bring in a third party for damage assessment. The third party must be an expert and must be approved by both the Lessee and Lessor.

It is recommended that the Lessee has liability insurance covering potential damages and theft. Likewise, the bicycle should be inspected by both the lessor and lessee before the rental period begins.

Cancellation of bike rental: If canceled at least 7 days before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded.

In accordance with the "Consumer Contracts Act," bike rentals are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

If the Lessor cannot deliver the bike as per the Lessee's online booking, the full amount will be refunded.

Changes to the rental period can only be made if the new period is available.

This cannot be done online but only by contacting the lessor.

Payment: Payment for your online booking will be deducted from your bank within two days after your order is registered. The entire amount is subject to VAT.

Personal data: BINGS BIKERENTAL ApS complies with the applicable Personal Data Act at all times. The Lessee can request insight into personal information about the Lessee and has the right to have this information deleted at any time.
